The legal basis for processing your data is the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)b GDPR) and consent for marketing purposes if provided (Art. 6(1)a GDPR). Personal data is only shared with authorized third parties, such as affiliated companies or service providers, and only for the purposes mentioned above. Providing personal data is voluntary unless it is required for a contract. Data will be stored only as long as necessary for business purposes or as long as you request information about our products. Data will be deleted once it is no longer required, unless legal retention obligations exist, in which case data will be erased after the statutory retention period.
Data transmitted over the Internet, especially unencrypted emails, may carry security risks. Complete protection against unauthorized access cannot be guaranteed.
You have the right to access personal data stored about you, request correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, receive your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. The Data Protection Officer is also your point of contact for information requests, objections, comments, or complaints regarding personal data.
Under Art. 77 GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority if you believe your personal data has been processed unlawfully. The responsible authority is the data protection officer for the federal state where Magnitude is located.
